Chamber University: Business Succession Planning

As the next installment in the Culver City Chamber's Chamber University, this workshop will cover Business Succession Planning. The goal is to help local business owners decipher the steps to starting their plan, as well as the reason that it is important.  Attendees of this event can expect to address these 4 questions: 
 
1. Should I have a Succession Plan in place - if so, when should I start? 
2. How do I go about putting one together? 
3. Who should be involved in that process and how long should it take?
4. What is the true value of my business and how do I properly come to that number?
