Chamber University: Good Money

This Chamber University class is one on "Good Money", which will cover a multitude of investment types and how social responsibility is playing a large role today.  Attendees can expect to learn about the shift in the industry, the best way to get involved and the future horizon of smart investing - good money.

We will be delivering this class in partnership with Aequitas Wealth Management and Marie E. Thomasson CFP®, BS. Marie is a Financial Advisor of Aequitas Wealth Management. She is a graduate of UCLA in Los Angeles, California with a degree in Applied Mathematics. She also holds the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation.

Marie has nearly 13 years of experience in asset management and financial services. Prior to joining Aequitas Wealth Management, she ran an independent Registered Investment Adviser financial planning firm.  Previously, at Trust Company of the West (TCW), Marie was an institutional fixed income analyst, overseeing accounts of nearly $6 billion in assets, as well as creating and maintaining portfolios for multi-strategy fixed income and boutique commodity products. She also participated in the investment committee at TCW.
