Who should attend: Chamber leadership, businesses on Overland (Venice to Hannum).

What: At this open house-style event, you'll be able to review conceptual plans that give a block-by-block preview of what's proposed for a Better Overland. City staff will be available to answer any questions you may have and listen to your feedback.

About the project: The Better Overland Project is working to make walking, taking transit, and biking safer and more inviting ways to travel north and south through the City and provides new connections to regional bikeways, such as the Ballona Creek Bike Path. Proposed improvements include pedestrian-scale street lighting, new street trees, ADA and pedestrian improvements, bus stop enhancements, and new bikeways.
