Hospitality Developer Addresses the Culver City Chamber
On Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at our General Membership Luncheon, Core Capital Hospitality, a real estate developer, will make a presentation to the Culver City Chamber about their plans to build a new extended-stay type hotel next to their Four Points by Sheraton located at 5990 Green Valley Circle.
This 162-room hotel will add a significant amount of rooms to the inventory of Culver City hotel rooms. The proposed hotel will be freeway adjacent to the 405 Freeway being set above a parking structure that would serve its needs as well that of the Four Points by Sheraton.
