The Proud Bird, a historic and iconic restaurant with a strong tie to the local community, makes its triumphant return as a new food hall with interactive aviation exhibits and a renovated events center. 

The Proud Bird was named LA's Hottest Food Hall by Food Network. It unveils a brand-new look and feel as a reimagined Food Bazaar with six culinary kitchens inspired by Asian, Italian, and American cuisines and will feature the famous Bludso's BBQ. The renovated indoor and outdoor event spaces feature elegant decor, the latest in audiovisual and technology, and a full-service events team to ensure a first-class experience for all your guests. Together, these elements form a concept that pays tribute to the story of aviation while guests depart on a culinary journey around the world.
