On-The-Job Workshop w/ JVS SoCal

Need skilled workers? On-the-Job Training (OJT), a federal program funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), lets you hire and train skilled workers and get reimbursed for your efforts.

The OJT is a federally funded program to assist businesses with the costs incurred during the onboarding and training process of new employees. They'll pay for 50% of employee's wages during their training period. Furthermore, they'll help screen and source candidates for businesses.
