Women In Business Connect May 2019
Mix & Mingle: Join us for our second Women In Business Mixer of 2019 hosted by the 2016 Founder Honoree Jodi Shays of Queen Bee Salon and Spa. Queen Bee Salon and Spa is a go-to destination for quality, one-on-one services. Their staff is expertly trained and do not up-sell, only recommend what each individual needs.
Spotlight A Local Women In Business: The Women In Business Committee will also be spotlighting the amazing Karen Hansen of Copenhagen Pastry. Karen Hansen delights in providing customers with a true taste of Danish pastries like the ones she remembers from her childhood in Denmark.
Donate To A Great Cause: For this mixer we will also be partnering with The West Wardrobe which donates professional attire at no cost to West Los Angeles College students. The West Wardrobe relies on donations to make their services available to students. Additional items such as coats, raincoats, polo shirts, short sleeve shirts, and new undergarments for both men and women (NO used underwear, please!) are also needed.
There will be light food and refreshments.
The Women in Business Council's mission is to support women in business in all stages of their careers. We look forward to seeing you there!
PARKING:
Please arrive early as parking is limited
The Queen Bee bungalow is located on the corner of Culver Blvd and Jasmine, across from Sony Pictures. We have 9 clearly marked spaces in our parking lot with the Queen Bee logo painted in each parking space. There is also lots of metered parking on Culver Blvd., and ample 2 hour parking on Jasmine Ave. We share our parking lot with other tenants and want to be good neighbors. Please do not park in spaces in our lot that are not reserved for Queen Bee clients.
