Unleash your inner undefeated champion with this 45-minute – 6, 4-minute rounds of boxing/2 4-minute rounds of high intensity fitness boxing immersive class. Focused to keep you non-stop moving with 1-minute team drills baked into each round.
45 minutes – 5 rounds of boxing/3-rounds of strength-based fitness
Non-stop moving with 1minute team drills at the end of each round but fitness is focused more strength based movements rather than high intensity cardio movements.
45 minutes of pure boxing! 6 rounds of boxing and core-focused strength, created to focus on skills, technique, footwork and core.
60 minutes of training that’s a blissful mix of Undefeated and Strong.
